One of my favorite recipes to make because you can get all of the ingredients at Trader Joes and it is super easy. It takes me about 30 minutes to make from start to finish so if you’re looking for a healthy-quick meal, this is it!


Gluten Free Pesto Shrimp Pasta
Serving Size: Serves 4
- Bag of Trader Joes Medium Cooked Shrimp
- Trader Joes Gluten Free Egg Fettucine Pasta
- Trader Joes Baby Zucchini
- Trader Joes Vegan Kale, Cashew & Basil Pesto
- Large Tomato
- Yellow Onion
- Thaw out the entire bag of shrimp.
- Wash and dry tomato. Dice up and put in bowl.
- Dice up yellow onion. Put in bowl.
- Cook Pasta based on directions on package.
- Heat up shrimp until warm, add tomatoes, onions, and 4 tablespoons of pesto.
- Let everything cook until onions are soft then add in the pasta.
- Enjoy!
